Diary of a CEO - Victimhood is a Serious Blindspot

Konstantin explains how victimhood changes perception and how we interact with the world around us, making us more fragile and less resilient.

Konstantin, a bold, outspoken satirist and podcaster, shares his understanding of how blindspots affect personal resiliency - in particular when an individual is in a state of "victimhood", believing they are a victim of their life circumstances.

His works have demonstrated he's one who intimately understands blindspots and with this gift, has an uncanny ability to articulate the reality of a given situation or circumstances in society.

He explains that one of the primary factors when in a state of victimhood is the psychological phenomenon called "Perception is Projection" and how it works.

It's our personal "perceptual filters" or "lens" which how each of us sees the world - a blindspot is a misperception we don't realize or contemplate by making assumptions and not being honest with ourselves.

It's the blindspots which directly equate to the level of disruption in your life when you fail.

Each of us has made decisions in our life we can look back on in which hindsight showed us we had the wrong perception of a situation and acted wrongly.

Depending on the situation, it may have affected you for only days, weeks or months, but if the blindspot was big enough, it affected you for YEARS.

Have you addressed those blindspots?

If not, learn and use the Personal Resiliency Framework we've developed to identify your blindspots and minimize the impact to your quality of life.

The world around us is changing rapidly and having blindspots now can set you back not only years, but DECADES.

Become Resilient.
